Bewick’s wren came calling
cha-cha-cha cha-cha-cha
flitting about the branch
in front of the window
reminding me
of the Whole
of which

Is it I
calling
flitting about
searching for seeds
of nourishment
looking through the window
at that strange fellow
Mr. Monte Bellow
